The first thing that won us over about Rootsy Garden Design was that Laura took the time to
get to know us. She listened to our ideas, learned our tastes & goals, & patiently worked with
us to sort out which were most important & practical within our budget constraints. Somehow she then managed to bring all these factors together in her design.
Laura also brought a wealth of knowledge about plants, watering, lighting, hardscaping,
permitting requirements, where to find materials, how much they cost, as well as
recommendations for other vendors & contractors. She was always ready & able to answer our questions, often pointing out considerations & different options we hadn’t thought of.
Finally, Laura oversaw the work done by our landscaping contactor. She turned what could
have been a stressful experience for such a large undertaking into an exciting & enjoyable
process, watching it come together under her professional & artistic eye—with stunning &
beautiful results!
