Half Moon Bay – 4

The first thing that won us over about Rootsy Garden Design was that Laura took the time to get to know us. She listened to our ideas, learned our tastes & goals, and patiently worked with us to sort out which elements were the most important and practical within our budget constraints. Somehow, she then managed to bring all these factors together in her design.

Laura also brought a wealth of knowledge about plants, watering, lighting, hardscaping, permitting requirements, where to find materials, how much they cost, as well as recommendations for other vendors & contractors. She was always ready and able to answer our questions, often pointing out considerations and different options we hadn’t thought of.

Finally, Laura oversaw the work done by our landscape contractor. She turned what could have been a stressful experience for such a large undertaking into an exciting and enjoyable process watching it come together under her professional and artistic eye – with stunning and beautiful results!
